By accessing or purchasing services from We Have Lots Of Loads LLC, you agree to the following terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing services, or enrolling in any program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you should not proceed with payment or service enrollment.

2 Description of Services

We Have Lots Of Loads LLC provides transportation support services including but not limited to:

  • Authority Lease Subscriptions
  • Compliance Oversight
  • FMCSA Guidance
  • Operational Support Services
  • Dispatch Support (if separately contracted)

Authority access does not guarantee freight, load placement, revenue, or income.

3 Independent Contractor Relationship

Clients operating under company authority are independent contractors.

Nothing in this agreement creates:

  • Employment
  • Partnership
  • Joint venture
  • Agency relationship

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Fuel • Maintenance • Taxes • Permits • Tolls • Equipment • Operating expenses

4 Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.

For subscription programs:

Weekly recurring fee: $250 per week (Authority Lease Subscription)

  • Automatic billing authorization required
  • Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension
  • The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment

5 Setup & Administrative Fees

Certain services may require one-time setup fees, including:

  • Authority Lease Setup Fee
  • Insurance activation fees
  • Compliance processing fees
  • Decal production
  • Third-party administrative costs

These fees may be non-refundable once services begin.

6 Refund Policy

All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

  • Clients must submit a Refund Request Form for review
  • Refund approval is not guaranteed and is subject to internal evaluation
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

7 Compliance & Safety Requirements

Clients agree to:

  • Follow FMCSA regulations
  • Maintain valid licensing
  • Maintain medical certification
  • Operate safe equipment
  • Properly display company decals
  • Report accidents immediately

Failure to maintain compliance may result in immediate termination.

8 Limitation of Liability

We Have Lots Of Loads LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of income
  • Freight disputes
  • Regulatory fines caused by contractor actions
  • Equipment failure
  • Business interruption

Use of services is at the client's own risk.

9 Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Have Lots Of Loads LLC from:

  • Claims
  • Fines
  • Accidents
  • Violations
  • Cargo claims
  • Legal actions

10 Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact the company directly before initiating any chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • Collection efforts
  • Legal enforcement

The company reserves the right to provide documentation to financial institutions in the event of a dispute.

11 Termination Rights

We Have Lots Of Loads LLC reserves the right to terminate services at its sole discretion for:

  • Non-payment
  • Compliance violations
  • Safety concerns
  • Conduct damaging to company reputation

12 Modifications

The company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
