This structured program provides compliance oversight, safety monitoring, and operational support—helping owner-operators maintain FMCSA compliance while focusing on their core business of transporting freight.

Insurance listing on our policy (subject to approval). Coverage requirements must be met. Additional insured certificates provided upon request.

Support with authority documentation, rate agreements, BOLs, and compliance paperwork. Access to company forms and templates.

Operational Standards

Structured operational standards and guidelines. Regular compliance check-ins and documentation reviews.

Billing Structure

Weekly Subscription Fee $250/week
  • Billed weekly in advance
  • Automatic recurring billing authorization required
  • Payment due date: Every Monday

Payment Terms

  • • Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension
  • • Removal from insurance upon non-payment
  • • Deactivation from authority if account becomes delinquent
  • • Reinstatement requires full payment plus any applicable fees

Compliance Requirements

Participants must maintain the following to remain in the program:

Valid CDL

Maintain valid commercial driver's license as required for equipment type

Medical Certification

Maintain current medical certification and upload to FMCSA database

FMCSA Regulations

Follow all FMCSA regulations including hours of service, ELD requirements

Safe Equipment

Maintain safe and roadworthy equipment meeting DOT standards

Company Decals

Display company decals properly on vehicle as required

Incident Reporting

Report all accidents, citations, and incidents immediately

Non-compliance may result in immediate termination from the program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • 7-day written notice required - Email or mail
  • Outstanding balances must be paid in full before exit
  • Decals must be removed immediately from vehicle
  • Proof of removal may be required

Refund Policy Summary

  • All refund requests via official Refund Request Form
  • Refunds subject to internal review - not guaranteed
  • If approved, processed within 7-10 business days
  • Administrative & compliance fees generally non-refundable once services begin

Independent Contractor Status

Drivers operating under our authority through this program are independent contractors, not employees. This program does not create an employment relationship.

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for:

Fuel and fuel costs
Vehicle maintenance and repairs
Federal, state, and local taxes
Tolls and highway fees
Permits and licensing (beyond base authority)
All other operating expenses

We Have Lots Of Loads LLC does not provide employee benefits, workers' compensation, or unemployment insurance for participants in this program.
